A: The pour is a clear golden color with a big white head to go with it.
S: Quite sweet with lots of bread and fruit. I get quite a bit of white grape out of the nose, and maybe some plums, too. A light bit of citrus and floral hop notes are present as well.
T: Very, very sweet, almost like a Belgian beer with the sugary nature of it. Bread and honey are there, too. Some floral hops are present and the white grape character is there again, particularly on the finish.
M: The body is medium with a moderate to high level of carbonation.
D: Quite sweet, but pretty decent overall. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - JUN 29, 2010

Bottle shared by Shane, thanks! Poured a hazy gold with an amber hue and a white head that lasted throughout the beer. Aroma was full of sweet grains and breads with a bit of a caramel note as well. Flavor was similar and the caramel really came out in the finish. DocLock (10970) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 16, 2010
Bottle. Pours dark straw with white head. Nose is bready pale malt, hopcitrus, some fruity and floral hints. Tastes pale malty, fruity, with hops and citrus, and a good complexity. phaleslu (10547) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 5, 2010
12 oz. bottle as a trade bonus from dkachur- thanks again, Dan! Pours a cloudy orange-amber with an initially large off-white head that turns into a chunky, uneven cap on the beer which leaves a little sloppy lacing. Aroma of orange citrus, bready Bavarian malts, toasted grains, yeast, spices, and grass. Flavor of sweet malts, toasted grains, pepper, yeast, spices, orange citrus, medicinal notes, and alcohol. Light-medium bodied, with sharp carbonation and a spicy mouthfeel. Finishes dry. Very unusual, and I wouldn’t even know how to begin categorizing it. Uneven but intriguing.
