Bottle from PUB’N. Pours turbid morning urine yellow with 2-finger white head. The head is frothy and loud, and says to me, "Scratch this, punk." Nose is huge limey grassy citrus, Saazy hops, coriander, orange zest, black pepper. Tastes very limey citric, yeasty spicy, with big coriander and I dare say cilantro, and a complex finish. I’m at my wits end as to why this wit isn’t wit a bigger score. hopdog (12341) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 7, 2011
12oz bottle. Poured a hazy straw color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of cloves, bubble gum, some bananas, and some spices. Tastes of bubble gum, spices, and citrus. Nice, especially for a 4.2% beer. adrian910ss (2572) - Doylestown, PA, USA - SEP 25, 2011
12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy light pale golden yellow straw color with a small white head. Aroma of bubble gum, cloves, light banana and peppery notes. Taste is much the same with a hint of orange peel and wheat. fredandboboflo (1570) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 25, 2011
Growler. Aroma of subtle peppery tones, soft lemon, and bready/crackery malt. Pretty dry. Big focus on the malt for me rather than the esters/yeasty notes, though more continued to pop up here and there. Solid beer. LilBeerDoctor (3903) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 25, 2011

Bottle. Candied clove aroma. Hazy yellow with thin lasting head. Flavor is sweet, crisp and dry. Cloves and yeast are dominate, with hints of coriander, orange, pepper and anise. Well balanced. nickd717 (4643) - San Francisco, California, USA - SEP 14, 2011
12oz bottle thanks to orangesol on BA. I love the cheesesteak reference in the codename - "Wit (or Witout) Two." Dammit, I miss Pennsylvania. Why did I marry a California woman? Hazy yellow in color with a one-finger white head that has average retention. Nice wheaty and spicy aroma with lots of clove and coriander. Some banana and citrus as well. On the flavor, this is one of the more clove-heavy beers I’ve ever had. It’s also got coriander and cinnamon stick notes, with a sweet and somewhat fruity finish. Medium-light bodied and easy drinking with smooth carbonation. A flavorful and enjoyable ale overall. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - SEP 2, 2011
Fruity herbal nose, dry finish. Standard clean Belgian witbier, not offensive but easily forgettable.
