12oz bottle. Poured a hazy straw color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of cloves, bubble gum, some bananas, and some spices. Tastes of bubble gum, spices, and citrus. Nice, especially for a 4.2% beer. jcwattsrugger (12524) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - FEB 5, 2012

Bottle from PUB’N. Pours turbid morning urine yellow with 2-finger white head. The head is frothy and loud, and says to me, "Scratch this, punk." Nose is huge limey grassy citrus, Saazy hops, coriander, orange zest, black pepper. Tastes very limey citric, yeasty spicy, with big coriander and I dare say cilantro, and a complex finish. I’m at my wits end as to why this wit isn’t wit a bigger score. phaleslu (10652) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 20, 2011
12 oz. bottle from michael-pollack- thanks again, Pollack! Pours a semi-cloudy yellow golden color with a finger-thick fizzy white head. Aroma of lemon citrus, wheat, coriander, pale malts, orange peel, and a bit of soap. Flavor follows suit, with herbal hops, lemon-lime citrus, pale and sweet malts, coriander, wheat, candi sugar, and bread. Light-medium bodied, with soft carbonation and a smooth, citrusy, bready mouthfeel. Nice wit. Ughsmash (7510) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 19, 2012
Bottled. Poured hazy, pale golden with a dense whitish head. The aroma picked up tangy white pepper, coriander, and orange zest over soft bready malts.. nice hint of anise on the back of the nose.. really well done. The flavor found bready and red wheaty notes at the core.. coriander, white pepper, and some definite LaChouffe yeast around.. well-carbonated and tangy on the spicy finish, along with orange zest and just a faint hit of anise. Lighter-bodied with a bit too much carbonation on the palate.. good brew.

Bottle courtesy of GandGKevin from Grape and Gourmet. Thanks Kevin! Hazed gold with a medium white head. Strong citrus and yeast in the aroma along with soft spice, bubblegum and wheat. Taste is big banana and bubblegum with wheat notes, citrus, yeast, soft spice and sweet malt. Body is light and refreshing with a medium bubbly carbonation. Touch of peppery spice towards the finish along with dusty yeast, wheat notes, softer citrus, banana, light bubblegum, and sweet malt. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - SEP 2, 2011

12oz bottle thanks to orangesol on BA. I love the cheesesteak reference in the codename - "Wit (or Witout) Two." Dammit, I miss Pennsylvania. Why did I marry a California woman? Hazy yellow in color with a one-finger white head that has average retention. Nice wheaty and spicy aroma with lots of clove and coriander. Some banana and citrus as well. On the flavor, this is one of the more clove-heavy beers I’ve ever had. It’s also got coriander and cinnamon stick notes, with a sweet and somewhat fruity finish. Medium-light bodied and easy drinking with smooth carbonation. A flavorful and enjoyable ale overall.
