A - Pours clear golden yellow with a nice two finger tall white head, dissipating down to a light film leaving thin streaks of lace down parts of the glass.
S - Smells of lightly toasted grains, bit of sweetness, some noble hop bitterness and a touch of spice. A slightly off aroma appears as it warms up, I think it is a bit of DMS. Not bad but nothing great either.
T - Starts off with plenty of lightly toasted grain quickly giving way to hints of sweet bready malt, light spice and a nice noble hop bitterness. Unlike the smell, I got little to no off flavor. Finish is a mix of bready malt and light bitterness, lingering on the pallet long after consumption.
M - Crisp, refreshing body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Chewy, bitter feel that is extremely easy to drink. I had no trouble finishing my glass rather quickly.
O - Minus the weird aroma I really enjoyed this one. It has plenty of simple flavors that work really well together, combining with the great crisp feel to make this one simply poundable. I will have to get another to see if the nose improves but either way this one is another winner.
