3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very nice Pilsner - pours a straight yellow with a frothy white head, but low overall carbonation, yielding a very smooth beer. Low-key malts, buttery flavor and just enough hop bitterness to balance. Simple by design, would make a nice session beer on a hot Philadelphia (or anywhere) summer day.
12 oz can.Pours pale gold with a thin white head. Pils smells of yeast and hops. Nice sour start. Short asstringent finish. Very drinakable. I like it. brownaler (699) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - JUN 6, 2017
Has a solid amber malt profile with a flaky palate with a slight sweet finish. tapefuzz (765) - Massachusetts, USA - MAY 18, 2017
12oz bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with a moderate white head. Aroma is grass, yeast, and bread. Taste is grass, biscuit, earth, and some spice. Light body. Lively carbonation. Crisp mouthfeel. meccahh69lol (326) - New Haven, Connecticut, USA - APR 15, 2017
Overall, a good example of its type, but it doesn’t really excel. Pours a generic light golden color, smells wheaty and grassy. Sort of has hints of rice, paper, corn. The taste is light but very wheaty and not too much hops in there. A fine drinkable pils. Good for finishing up dinner prep to some spooky music with your cutie. theisti (4179) - Kansas, USA - MAR 27, 2017
12 oz can purchased as a single at Hyde Park Wine and Spirits in Cincinnati, Ohio. The pour is a clear golden with fine carbonation bubbles rising up to build a 1/2 inch white head. The aroma is clean and fresh cereal cracker malt along with straw, hay and floral hops. The taste is a nice blend of the cereal cracker malt, the straw hops, and a big mineral clean dry finish. The palate is medium bodied with active carbonation and a dry grass mineral finish. Nice one.

12 oz bottle from NC.
Excellent looks: clear pale golden body with a proportionate creamy off-white head that has partial retention and that leaves spots and lots of sticky lacing.
Aroma: bready for style.
Flavor: Mild bitterness. More hop flavor than the aroma suggests; faint bready malts. Clean.
Medium+ carbonation with a soft feel in a light body jcnielsen (3416) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 22, 2016
Bottle. Pours a yellow color with white head. Pils, skunky, herbal aromas. Straw, skunky, pils, earthy flavors. Clean, crisp beer. TH28 (474) - - JUL 22, 2016
12oz bottle. 7/21/16 bb date. Appearance: As pale yellow as it gets, crystal clear, with a light fluffy white head
Aroma: Herbal and spicy Saaz hops with a touch of bready malt.
Taste: Soft, lightly bready and caramel malt with a fairly strong diacetyl butter, giving way to a strong herbal and spicy hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a moderately high carbonation.
Finish: Dry, sticky on the palate, with lingering herbal hoppiness
Overall: It’s almost like drinking a slightly lighter Pilsner Urquell. Definitely has the soft bready and caramel malty profile, with a slightly stronger diacetyl note, and a bright, sharp bitterness that balances it all out. Beautiful beer CharmCityCrab (244) - Maryland, USA - JUL 14, 2016
UPDATED: JUL 14, 2016 Watery. Some pale malts. There?s a hop presence, which differentiates it from macro pilsners, noble hops I would guess. Very drinkable and refreshing with a low ABV (Which can be either good or bad depending on the situation). Distinctly lighter in taste than well-known mainstream craft lagers and pilsners like Boston Lager and Brookyln Lager. Nothing offensive in here, but unless your goal is to drink someone drinking Miller Lite under the table bottle for bottle while drinking craft (This is a 4.5 ABV versus Miller Lite?s 4.2 ABV, so the other guy would have a slight advantage, but not much of one), or you get a few in a mix pack with some really good beers (That would be me, the sour in the 2016 summer mix pack rocks), I don?t see why you?d get it with other better craft options on the table. Maybe a beach or lawnmower beer? Could also be good for someone who wants a little bit more flavorful than a macro beer, but not much more. You know, different strokes for different folks. Nothing that tastes bad here. Its fine, just a bit light on the flavor. Also, to be fair, pilsners generally go a little malt-light to accentuate the hops, even though they aren’t hops heavy eithee, so I can’t say this isn’t to style. Its medicre, but in a non-offensive way. axl (1035) - Lund, SWEDEN - JUN 30, 2016
Draft. Clear pale yellow. Aroma is light hoppy with citrus, tropical fruits, mango and sweet melon. Taste is the same with a slight bitterness towards the finish. Light mouthfeel, light carbonation and clean finish.
