Sweet, nutty brown sugar aroma. Clear chestnut appearance under a thin white ring. Sweet, sugar and lightly spicy brown sugar with faint herbal hops and very low bitterness. Accents of bread crust. Smooth and slightly warming and quite clean. djd07 (15342) - Houston, Texas, USA - SEP 3, 2017
Poured at GABF 16'. Dark amber with small beige head. The aroma is caramel, raisin, wood. Medium body, caramel, rye, booze, finish, good. abatdorf (2) - Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 20, 2017 does not count
UPDATED: AUG 20, 2017 Pleasantly hoppy with a nice carmel finish. Heavy mouth feel that makes it very unique. Bricks (1148) - Delaware, USA - JUL 28, 2017
Awesome dark red/brown color. Not much aroma.. just a hint of sweet malt. Taste is mostly malt and molasses. Not a big fan.
