I have bought this beer at the cave à bières, in Yverdon. I have tried this beer with Fred yesterday at home in Lausanne, best before 06/2018. In my opinion and I must accept that it is not my kind of beer, too sour at the palate, a real unpleasant sensation, vinegar, yellow lemon juice, some hop and yeast but I didn't take any pleasure, I don't really feel the cherries, dry like the Sahara, not to repeat, in my case. hopscotch (11486) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - NOV 11, 2017
Bottle… Pours clear and amber with no lasting head. The aroma features red and white wines, lactic acid, woody funk, lemons and wheat - all accompanied by a trace of cherries. Full-bodied with adequate carbonation. The flavor is sour, fruity, vinous, citric and lightly funky. The finish becomes even more sour and bright, and then dries out a touch with a lingering note of wheat. Very nice Florida Weisse, although the cherries are understated. The wine barrel worked wonders with this. jfb (7127) - GERMANY - OCT 26, 2017
