Fast schwarz, kaum Schaum. Meine Nase ist zu, drum nur leichte Röstaromen auszumachen, wenig Schokolade. Mittel Co2, eher leicht, dünn. Röstmalzig und leicht süss, kaum Bittere. Abgang bleibt malzig. jtclockwork (17101) - , New Jersey, USA - AUG 14, 2010
Seems more like an imperial stout and labeled as such. Pours black with slight tan head. Nose is licorice, grape and roasted malts. Taste of licorice, roasted malts and chocolate. hopdog (12953) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 19, 2010
33cl bottle. Poured a dark and deep amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of cocoa, roast, and some floral/earthiness. Tastes of roast, some dark fruits, and caramel.

Flat...hardly any carbonation. Great aroma with good chocolate and cherries. The malt is really good, but it is so flat that it really represents a problem. The flavor does’t really come out. This might be a shipping problem, and this might be an amazing beer in Switzerland, but it wasn’t that great for me. suprchunk (2994) - Crestview, Florida, USA - JUL 23, 2011
Dark, toffee brown color. Small creamy almost tan colored head. Minimal lacing. Smells of chocolate, raisins and plums. A slight artificial aroma, like fake chocolate. Tastes malty and cereal like. Nice and sweet. Creamy mouthfeel, and a slight roastiness left behind. Decent beer. KingCecil (2086) - DENMARK - AUG 25, 2011
Bottle, pours clear deep amber with small off white head... the aroma is wild berries, roasted malt, spices.... the flavor is toffee, sweet, alcohol.... pepper finish.... medium body... kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 5, 2012
11.2 oz bottle. Pours a clear dark brown body with a one finger fizzy light brown head that left a bit of lacing. The nose is really quite interesting. Not sure if I like it or not. It smells a bit more like grape jelly than beer. Not sure what kind of spices are used here, but they are certainly overpowering the malt in the aroma. The harder I try, the more I get a little roast and chocolate, but it’s in the background. The flavor is a little sweet and spicy with some dark roast malt. Lighter bodied for an Imperial Stout, a touch clingy on the finish, with soft minimal carbonation. Not really my kind of Imperial Stout, much like the coffee one that I had from them. Makes me want an Expedition Stout. olio (10470) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAR 25, 2012
