I bought this bottle at the Cave à bières, in Yverdon, after to visit my grandfather this summer. I drank it this monday with my wife. If I compare with the Gose of Nébuleuse, this one is better and drinkable. Firstly, there is a nice red/orange body and troubled, thin and white foam. The carbonation is a bit low. For the style, it is logical that the sourness dominates, I didn’t have this impression to have strong notey of sage. You have notes of cherry, plum, vinegar, oak, a lot of sourness but it is acceptable, not my favourite style.
