Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy golden with lively head. Perfumy nose with lots of coriander. Sweet, soft and light bodied. Fresh and orangey, very drinkable. Some late orange peel bitterness. A witbier with life and character! Embrouille (2852) - SWITZERLAND - NOV 27, 2008
Bottled 33cl. It pours a murky golden beer with a decent head. The nose is mainly of coriander, lemon, orange peel and hops. Acidic. Very dry. Not sweet at all. Poor lacework. Nicely spicy. Good bitterness. Some sage sneaking in. Dry spicy finish. A very good beer. Extremely refreshing and pleasant. mario_giri (255) - SWITZERLAND - NOV 12, 2015
Unterwegs, kurze Review: Erfrischt gut auf einer Zugfahrt. Angenehm Bitter. Mag ich sehr! V.a. die Gewürze, Bittere, Trockeheit, Fruchtigkeit und das erfischende Mundgefühl. bob_w (373) - new york, New York, USA - SEP 5, 2013
fruity, slightly spicy, slightly creamy nose. solid malt/wheat aroma. hazy orange tinted medium golden honey color. big rocky white head. some yeast sediment in suspension. malty, an almost biscuit note, some tanginess -- mild sour note -- and finishing bitterness. caribou43 (990) - Lausanne/Sevilla/Lima, SWITZERLAND - JAN 16, 2016
It is a good beer but it is more like a pils than a traditional witbier. Even though I like this mix between hoo and wheat or malt or the both. The foam is weak and there is a nice yellow color and troubled and creamy. There is probably one side of grapefruit. It is a good beer, in my opinion.

Hazy straw colour, nice fluffy but tight head. Lemony, yeasty, spicy nose, fruity, pretty intense palate, with more citrus, the mandatory bubble-gum edge, coriander and yeast. Nice dryish, noticeably bitter finish, with little sweetness lingering. Brave, dryish, very drinkable take on the style, led by a firm belief that a blanche can be more than just a refreshment. Definitely one of the best blanches Switzerland has to offer, along with BFM’s and Bière de Neuch’s. hub66 (474) - SWITZERLAND - FEB 2, 2014

Barbiere, Bern tap: Pours whitish yellow with a white head. Aroma is spicy and lemony. Taste is very wheaty, sweet, and a bit tart with a nice bready finish. I enjoyed this plenty. Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - MAY 2, 2005
lactic-orange colour, cloudy, fine head, strong coriander aroma, orange peal and notes of haye, fresh and acidic, the finish is corny and spicy, very dry which makes it very refreshing shrubber85 (11324) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - FEB 1, 2011
Bottle. Lemon peel, coriander and wheat malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy pale yellow color with moderate head. Bitter-sweet lemon peel, coriander and light wheat malt flavor. Body a bit light. Light but has a nice flavor.
