Bottle. Malt Attacks, Brussels. 7.3%. Hazed, pale luminous yellow. Thin, tight, white head. Nose has pressed dessert apple. Lemon rind. White grape juice. Light, cheesy, sweaty funk. Just a hint of the Dupont yeast. Fresh cut oak. Smells fantastic. Taste has an oaky, vanilla sweetness, turning dry, with apple skin, grapey tart, and light sourness. Easy drinking. Minimal acidity. Clean and bright. Nice balance of sweet and sour on the finish. Really good. Camons (13386) - Hasselager, DENMARK - NOV 4, 2017
