Bottle 33cl. poured into a tumbler. Hazy pale amber, like apple juise, lots of tiny bubbles, fizzy head which disappears within seconds, no lacing; brett nose, aroma apricot, peach, biscuit, barnyard; taste sour and light sweet, fruity (peach, grapes), hint of vinegar, tart, bit of wood; mild sweet and sour aftertaste, fruity, more wood; medium body, watery texture, average carbonation; pleasant but tastewise it lacks some character.

UPDATED: OCT 31, 2016 Bottle at Bru Craft. Very fizzy clear orange amber. Off-white foam. No lasting lace. Complex aroma. Apricot nectar. Blonde leather couch. Banana peels. Peach pits. White grape and oak. Highly carbonated dark orange pour. Giant effervescent brew with complex notes. Well worth exploring! Great stuff!

Pours an extremely bubbly golden with a big, foamy white head. The aroma has Belgian spices, yeast, grape, vinegar. It has a lot of similarities to wine. The taste is very dry and is more tart than sour. Much like the nose, I get spices, grape and yeast. I get some earthy notes as well. There is just a touch of sweetness. A weaker, though lingering aftertaste is an acidic grape flavor. Medium in body, with a sticky texture, and lots of bubbly carbonation. This one is alright, although I look for my sours to be much more sour.

0.33 bottle.
A completely hazy, orange color and a small, white head. Aroma of Belgian yeasts, spices, fruits, grapes, apricot, and some fermentation fragrances. Taste is sweet and sour, primarily the latter, fruity, vinous, definitely not yeasty like the aroma implied. A medium body, an oily texture, and an average carbonation. Finish is even more vinous, somewhat woody, definitely sour. Overall the beer is alright - I am not a huge fan of sours but this one is drinkable and pleasant.
