750ml 2014 years vintage brown bottle labelled Grande Dame Oud Bruin, label pictures a woman sipping beer, poured into a Tulip glass. Appearance is cloudy sienna brown with a small khaki colored head that quickly reduced. Aroma of cherries, plums and notes of oak wood. Flavours of cherries, plums, oak wood notes, vanilla and a hint of vinegar and chocolate. Taste is light sweet, medium bitter and medium sour. Palate is medium bodied, smooth texture and soft carbonation. Overall Grande Dame is delicious, a pleasant tartness and flavour complexity. salvaticas (1020) - - AUG 5, 2014
On tap at Tørst. Pours a purplish red. Slightly sour on the nose. Medium bitterness with a long finish. Somewhat of a weird aftertaste, but pretty good.

Last hit of this beer before it tapped @ Local 44 in Philly.
Very deep red-brown pour, medium foamy tan head. Wonderful aroma of tart and tropical fruits, with hay notes. Very tart apple-ish flavor. Crisp and sharp. Meilby (11790) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 21, 2014

Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
On tap at Baran. As Grande Dame Oud Bruin. One of the sexiest beer labels I’ve seen. Really cute. The beer pours an unclear dark brown body and a small, beige head. Vinegar, wood, caramel sauce, some dark berries and some cellar hints. The flavor has a bitterness I didn’t expect and I don’t think is suitable. Dried fruits, caramel hints and vinegar in the flavor. Dark berries. Semi-dry and with a nice little tartness. Lasting finish. Tasteful and pleasant, sure a nice try on an oud bruin. 140616 Erzengel (9751) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JUN 15, 2014
