Clear dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sour berry, lacto, berry, apple, cherry, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a lazing light tan head. The aroma has strong notes of lemon, brettamyces, and some caramel. Hazy amber colour with small off-white head that leaves some slight lace. Aroma is fruits, wood, some berries, mild caramel malts as well as some slight tart/sourish notes as well. Flavour is being quite much the same in a rather nice balance.

Semi transparent dark brown beer. Good pale tan head. Crisp semi dry palate. Typically Oud Bruin semi vinegar tartness. Quite a sour - bitter finish. Refreshingly tart but not a classic Oud Bruin.
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a warm orangey brown with a dissipating beige head. Lots of tartness in the nose, woody, metallic and vinous. Medium body, lactic tartness, caramel, dried fruit, metal and blood. Woody finish. 231109
