The taste is crisp, dry, tart, vinous, earthy, syrupy blackcurrant, lemon sherbet, green apple, tangy, lemon sherbet, berry skin and vinous with a dry, tangy finish. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry tart finish. Bottle from my Euro Santa, much appreciated, because this is a very good beer. Murky dark brown color. Aprocot, confit cherry and toffee in the aroma. Caramelly, moderately sour citric flavor with apricots. Nice oud bruin, fairly complex, some rest sweetness.
