330ml bottle served in a long tumbler glass. Pours a pinkish-orange color forming a medium and light aired white head with medium to low retention that forms some spotty lacings in the glass. Nose is very fruity and sour. Strong notes of berries, lemon and pale malts. Leather and wood hints. Lactic sourness. Raspberry vinegar. Slightly sweet upfront taste. Again, very fruity in the mouth too. Strong malts backbone. Raspberry vinegar and lemon zest. Quite sour but not extremely. Good sour-sweet combination. Hints of leather, wood and lactic sourness. Slightly metallic finish. In overall, a quite dry taste. Medium body. Lively medium carbonation. Sweet malts and raspberry vinegar in the aftertaste. Great drinkability. Great sour fruity beer!

@ Gollem (draft) Citrus in nose. Taste is not very well balanced. I wonder why they call it a saison. It’s more of a lemon beer. Lemon. I don’t really get the framboise. Thin taste. No complexity there.

Draft glass @ Gollem. Deep hazy orange, solid creamy white head. Nose is quite lemon, heavy thick but also muddles, raspberry is big vegetable, odd, murky malt. Taste is muted sour, plastic lemon, murky malt, raspberry is touch green, vegetable, low vinegar, big lemon finish, murky malt bodied. Not a bad beer by any stretch but a bit strange & muddled, not what you would expect reading lemon & raspberry. Glad not to have gotten a 750 ml. bottle of this since those were close to 20 euro which is really ridiculous.
