Ambre orange, voile. Mousse relativement persistante. Au nez assez puissante sur lacidit, genre bien gueuze. Framboise l. En bouche lacidit est agressive et durable. Fruite. Mouais... une saison bien trop acide mon got.

Pours slightly cloudy big rocky head that collapses quickly. Pink hued light Amber in color. Lactic sour bread aroma with fruit accents. Sharp taste that softens as it warms becoming less carbonic. Grapefruit flavors. Still somewhat spritzy. Leather aromas. Obvious Brett action here. Wonderful.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2014 750ml bottle served in a tulip glass. A: Pours a cloudy rose color forming a big bubbled aired and soapy white head. Good retention and tons of lacings left in the glass S: Tart and fruity. Spicy and citrus. Strong notes of raspberries. Candy, saison-like biscuity yeasts, malts and flowery hops T: Slightly sweet upfront. Raspberry juice. Very fruity. Mild tartness. A bit metallic. In overall, a slightly sweet taste which is also mild acid with a light bitter end M: Light and refreshing body. Good carbonation. Fruity tartness mixed with a bitter hoppy aftertaste O: Good drinkability. Very refreshing and pleasant beer. Big hooray to Trois Dames (as usual) [ BA Review @ 5/17/2013 ]
