Very nice sour saison with a lot of very fine carbonation and a dominant natural raspberry taste. Lovely balanced.

Pours slightly cloudy big rocky head that collapses quickly. Pink hued light Amber in color. Lactic sour bread aroma with fruit accents. Sharp taste that softens as it warms becoming less carbonic. Grapefruit flavors. Still somewhat spritzy. Leather aromas. Obvious Brett action here. Wonderful.

AbouAli (195) - SWITZERLAND - NOV 23, 2014

Aroma: Lots of raspberies here.
Palate: Medium body. Tad sweet and a fresh bitterness. Average carbonation.Mild acidic.
Taste: Lots of raspberries, some yeast and mild citric back.
