I bought this bottle at les produits du terroir at Lausanne. I drank it at Mossel yesterday. In my point of view, it is a pleasant beer, really interesting and well balanced. The body is yellow and creamy, regular carbonation, thin and white head. The taste is with a perfect ginger dosis, orange peel, hop typical from this brewery, malt, wheat and lovely wedding between the hop and the wheat, a bit spicy and refreshing, summertime call my soul!!!!! Bottle. Wit-like flowery and lightly spicy aromatics. Cinnamon and ginger only complementary in the overall character. Rather thin bodied and high carbonated. Very easy drinking. Cuso (8717) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - FEB 24, 2017
Bottle, kindly shared by Gurthnar., many thanks. Hazy yellow golden color with medium white quickly disappearing head. Aroma of wheat, ginger, oranges, zest. Wheat, ginger, oranges, zest, yeast in taste. Good, refreshing beer.

Bottle at train shared by Gurthnar, many thanks. Pours hazy yellow color, white head. Aroma of orange, wheat, ginger, banana, clove. Taste is medium bitter, lightly sourish, lightly sweet, orange, ginger, clove. King_Alex_II (1228) - SWITZERLAND - DEC 19, 2014
Nice winter beer that’s comparable with trois dames witbeer with oranges, spices and ginger. Sadly the ginger overdoes its purpose and it results in a non-hoppy aggressive bitterness in the aftertaste. SinH4 (4938) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - DEC 6, 2014
Cloudy yellow color with big head. Aroma is yeasty and orange peel, ginger is not really noticeable. Freshness in there as well. Taste begins fruity and spicy, finish is bitter and weirdly metallic. Trois Dames seems to mess up their finish sometimes... bnokk (535) - Lee, Massachusetts, USA - DEC 5, 2014
22 oz bottle
APPEARANCE – Effervescent & yellow. very turbid. could be a wheat beer.
NOSE - slight sour, light spice. coriander(?).
FLAVOR - bright & effervescent. Super light sour flavor.
NOTES - Bottle about blew up when we opened it. It’s a folly to call this a winter beer.

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2017 330ml bottle served in a Snifter glass.
A: Pours a dark hazy orange forming a medium bubbled white to yellow head. Some chunks of foam formed on the top. Some spotty lacings are left in the glass
S: A bit weird, very spicy. Strong notes of ginger and orange. Also malts and flowery hops. Quite fruity too with notes of citric fruits mainly
T: Very spicy in the mouth too. Slightly sweet upfront. Sweet grains and fruits. Strong notes of orange zest and ginger finished by bitter and grassy hops
M: Medium body and carbonation. A little bit molasses. Aftertaste is citrus and bitter
O: Good drinkability. Interesting experience. Trois Dames quality. Recommended
