Nice. Not sour tart and crisp and clean w a slight spices and citrus undertone. Reminds me of the wynkoop wassail from years ago I liked.

Dark brown color; small head. Strong aroma of Christmas spice mix (gingerbread; pain d’épices), but also a bit soapy, minty and biscuity. Good body strength; there flavor indeed is not simply made by the Christmas spices, but it has some bread and cookies traces, and combined with the orange peels it’s reminiscent of a Christmas Pudding. The bitterness is quite strong, and in the final there is also some more roastiness.
Not my favorite style, but good.
Bottled 33cl. Purchased in marché Viret in Villars-sur-Ollon. Lovely orange peel characteristics throughout. Good carbonation. Nice bitterness. Delicious.
