Ungstrup (37685) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 10, 2010
Bottled. A dark brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel, sweet malt, and a bit of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with caramel, roasted malt, brown sugar, and bread, leading to a dry roasted and bready finish. Thanks my love for this one.

omhper (25164) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 3, 2009
Bottled at Le Capuccino, Dijon. Hazy mahogany colour, creamy head. Dark chocolate with a slight coffee edge tempts in the aroma. Mid-sweet and medium bodied with spritzy mouthfeel. Flavour of burnt dark chocolate. Remains cool and elegant despite the heavy roasty notes. This one-man brewery is one of the more impressive French brewers!

Bottled. A dark brown, almost black coloured beer with a decent beige coloured head. The aroma is malty and fairly sweet with caramel notes. The taste is dark fruits and a little brown bread. A touch of fossil fuel. Highly carbonated, and quite decent..
