Rami Rami is drinking a Trójniak Trybunalski by Pasieka Jaros at Powiśle Wyraznie ziolowy i troche przyprawowy miod, nie jest ulepkiem, sama miodowosc nieco kwiatowa. Niewiele ciala. Posmaki alko dosc mocne. 3.4

Vintage 2015. Mini ceramic bottle.

amber, clear, honey, sugar, some caramel and alcohol; medium sweetness (fruity like); medium- body, rather thin and just a little bit sticky feel, long sweet and warming finish; Overall: little bit too thin, sweet but quite drinkable, nice

Bottle, shared with BBGTC. Deep amber clear body. Nose is caramel, dark sugars, deep forest honey and hints of nougat. Taste is nougat, red fruits, raisins, deep sweet tones of dates and hints of nuts and syrup. Pretty nice traditional sweet mead.

A bit hazy copper color. Powerful smooth aroma with honey wax and wood. Quite thick body. And yet easy drinkable. Sweet, but not cloying or sticky. Creamy and oily texture. Balanced honey, dried fruit and wood in the flavor. Some warming alcohol. Nice one.

750ml bottle. Clear dark copper color. No head non expected. Red currant, sweet, juicy notes in aroma. Plums, very faint honey, sweetish, watery taste. Thin and not really interesting.

750ml corked glass wine bottle (Dionizos, Radom) - apparently aged 9 years
Lovely soft but dense honey aroma, some slightly perfumey herbal aspects, alas a little alcohol when not pouring from a freshly opened bottle (should have done the rating first time, sigh). Lovely rich cupric amber, flat as expected. Flatish palate, a little watery. Sweet honey present, but not sticky or sugary. Some slight waxiness maybe. Lacking an acidic bite to bring some life to it. Late finish has some nice walnut papers. Was better when freshly opened, so share this with a large group and finish it off, you can get a pretty decent impression of this from 5-7cl.

0.1l ceramic bottle, 2010 model from trade with Eldesmadre. Huge thanks Kuba! Just love these small ceramic bottles! In the glass this is a somewhat cloudy almost chestnut brown colored liquid thing. It looks like it should and it smells fantastic! Like sticking your nose inside a bee hive. So beautifully concentrated and sticky. Sweet dates and honey with a little hay, lots of raisins and some boiled down Coca Cola as well. A lovely nose. In the mouth it’s lovely gliding, thick and syrupy. Powerful flavors, lots of self written honey and sweetness. Even if it’s only a 13 percenter, it really brings a superb warming sensation down the throat. A good amount of both banana and date-sweetness found here. Dried almost burned sweet and bitter black raisins found on the outside of buns that has been in the oven? Yeah, you know the taste. It’s just such a lovely sipper this. Almost so that I wish I had a big bottle, but I guess it’s for the best that I don’t. 22.01.2014

750ml bottle 08’ vintage. Pours out a copper/gold. Aroma is great tons of honey sweetness, vanilla, light on the booz. Taste is honey sweetness, little oak maybe. A little thin but still very tasty.
