COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
6,5% alcohol. Ideaal drinkmoment: als de bladeren rood kleuren

Donkerbruin, crèmekleurige schuimkraag Die snel zakt, redelijk veel koolzuur, iets troebel. Aroma: Moutig, karamel, iets donker fruit en licht kruidig. Smaak: Iets chocolade, karamel, kruidig, donker fruit.

DijkBier (684) - AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS - OCT 3, 2017
Bottle from supermarket, pours clear dark ruby brown (nice), with a tiny tan head, that totally disappears (regrettable). Aroma: dark malts, but at first only little more; light chocolate, and a suspicion of dried fruit (like fig). Taste is more than medium sweet, some choco, and a suspicion of red fruit (cherry), and with a late small bitter aftertaste. OK carbonation. Mentioning twice 'suspicion' means I'd fancy more clear elements in this decent but rather sweet bock.
