COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
4.7% alcohol. Ideaal drinkmoment: als de zon schijnt.

Tap at the brewery. Pours hazy golden with whiteish head. Aroma is fruits, banana, some caramel candy. Flavor is sweet and bitter, sour, citrus, wheat, banana, some flour. Decent body, wheaty finish. Overall: decent example of weizen, bit too sour maybe (think it’s intentional, as the beer feels fresh).

Thuis gedronken uit fles. Mooie donkere kleur voor een gewone weizen. Smaakvol, niks mis mee. Prima laag alcoholpercentage.

Bottle: Served in a Duvel glass: Creamy white head. Hazy (yellow) orange body. Fruity nose: starts with apples, then yellow and orange fruit, belgian yeasty fruity esters, some grains, wheat, light fruity dust... Flavour is fruity, marzipan, malts, wheat, bitters, strange but ok... miss Germany though... Aftertaste is fruity, bitter, wheat and malts... Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, low to medium bodied... Meh to decent, though I don’t get any German yeast, but lot of Belgian yeast...
