Sweet candy flavor with a touch of hop bitterness. Like a Belgian tripel plus hop presence. So good!!

Little cloudy orange beer, creamy off-white head, unstable, adhesive. Aroma: lots of passion fruit, pineapple, flowers, lychee. MF: good carbon, full body. Taste: bitter start, fruity, passion fruits, honey, flowery. Aftertaste: more passion fruit, sweet peaches, bitter hops, dry ending.
Draft. Hazy golden color, medium white head. Aroma of peppery pine, citrus, fruit. Taste starts malty, then summer fruit, then bitter finish. Very nice. bhensonb (15972) - Woodland, California, USA - FEB 18, 2012
Capped 750 from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. pours hazy orange gold with a 3 finger creamy near-white head. Wow. The aroma is richly fruity in both citrus and non-citrus ways. Bubble gum game to mind, but no. Med body. Flavor is very rich, bitter and fruity, and a lot of it is citrus rind. Maybe pink grapefruit rind? It finishes both sweet and bitter, but a lot more bitter. Really excellent ale. De Proef did one heck of a job here. TheBeerOrg (2145) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - JAN 2, 2012
Pours hazy golden with a thin wispy off-white head. Notes of pineapple, overripe fruit, mango, sweet citrus. Full bodied, alcoholic with lively carbonation. Boozy, hoppy and delicious. BeerandBlues2 (14018) - Escondido, California, USA - FEB 11, 2012
