Aroma; caramel, toffee, fruit, almond pudding, sweet chocolate and honey sweet belgian yeast. Look; big persistent light brown head on hazy caramel body. Taste; caramel, toffee, liquoriced malts, prune, oak, almond, luxembourgian candies - chocolate sweet finish. Feel; solid body, gentle. Bottle. Hazy chestnut brown, fine beige head. Perfect rerention. The aroma is as classic as it only could be. Nice spicy yeast, esters, caramel, toffee, banana. Full body. The taste is delicious and complex. Medium dry. Rich dark malts. Finest Belgian yeast. Prune. Notable hops and subtle roast on ending. Excellent balance. No alco feel. Great effort this one.

Very classic, Belgian beer. Decent esters, fairly low carbonation. Like so many others, but others do it better.
