UPDATED: JUN 27, 2012 Dark cola-like pour with a thin, almost non-existent beige head. Aromas of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and hint of dark fruit. Slight smoked notes. Roasted malt and bitter coffee are the dominant flavours. The chocolate is there but low key. Slightly dry and a little bitter from the hops. Nice porter. joergen (29397) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 28, 2012

Black colored pour. Big tan head with plenty of lacing as it slowly dies down. Roasted coffee and chocolate aroma. Same with the taste, but with more roasted goodness. Dry and sweet, medium-bodied, finish. Pretty decent.

Draught at The Porterhouse, Dublin. Hardly see through black, creamy head. Mid dry, dense and roasty . A meaty Irsish porter/stout, more full bodied than you’d expect from a 4.4% beer. Choclate mud cake with raw licorice. Long bitter finish.
