UPDATED: FEB 25, 2008 Nice color and palate but the aroma and taste were pretty bad. Maybe the bottle had oxidized or something. It tasted very much of cardboard. I remember liking this when I first tried it about six years ago so I might try again and see if it was just a bad bottle. re-rate 2/25/08 I think the last one was a bad bottle. This one is better with lots of caramel flavor and nuttiness. Would like to see a little more carbonation and less sweetness.

Draught: Fruity aroma of floral hops and strawberry. Poured amber in color with a small off-white head that diminished quickly. Hazy. Sparkling. Medium sweet flavor of malts, caramel, nuts, berries, and a tiny bit of piney hops. Medium body. Sticky texture. Average carbonation. Malty finish.
