Cask conditioned handpump Southampton Arms London 13/05/13. A reddy brown coloured beer with barely any head. A sweaty hoppy nose. Better and fresher hops in the mouth with berry sweetness and a bit of chocolate. Palateably balanced. OK.

Cask at the Hemelvaart, Ayton. Pours hazy amber with a thin white head. Aromas of red fruit, caramel. Taste is light sweet, toffee. Light bitter finish.

Cask - bright copper red with a thin creamy off white head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, burnt toffee, a little grassy hop and some hints of dark fruit. Taste is of burnt toffee, light fruits, a little caramel and chocolate with a slightly sweet milky finish paired with some pine. Medium, lingering bitterness. Medium body, a little dry and soft carbonation. Tasty treat.

Cask at the Richmond beer festival. Mahogany with no head at all. Very fruity with raisins and pear drops. Quite an oily mouthfeel.

Clear reddish amber with a moderately sized off white head.
Nose is caramel, berry fruit, fresh hop notes.
Taste comprises subtle hops, light pine, caramel, Ribena berry.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, subtle hop bitterness in the finish.
Nice hoppy amber red, very quaffable.

Cask gravity at Beer Rebellion. It pours deep red-brown with a quickly dissipating white head. The nose is earth, toast, wood, sweet berry and boiled sweets. The taste is toast, earth, wood, dark fruit, decent bitterness, candy and light jamminess with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Decent.

Cask-conditioned at the North Yorkshire beeriodical, the Seven Stars, Bristol 10/12/2012. Orange with a frothy, off-white head. Berry fruits, some barley sugar and cereal malts, with a decent, bitter finish. Good.
