darkseduction (773) - Zweibrücken, GERMANY - AUG 19, 2016
Flasche 33cl @ Trumer Brauerei. Laut Etikett mit Hallertauer Perle und Spalter Select gebraut. Schöne Hopfige Nase, Kräuter, Erde, Harz. Kohlensäure genau richtig, weicher Abgang. Sehr ordentlich, am Select wurde nicht gespart. Persönlicher Spitzenreiter in Österreich!!

Blueshawk (464) - Bad Bellingen, GERMANY - AUG 16, 2016

BeardedAvenger (1277) - Addlestone, Surrey, ENGLAND - JUL 21, 2016
Bottle at home, 21/07/16. Brought back from Vienna by my parents. Sweet an hazy aroma - grass, floral, perhaps honey? Extremely pale gold. Fizzy. Unipressive white head - an archipeligo! First impression on drinking it is how pleasant it is on the palate - smooth and soft - frothy carbonation. Initially notived the sweetness but the slightly bitter edge gradually took prominence. Grapefruit with a that honey aroma coming through. Not normally the biggest fan of a Pils, but this I really enjoyed.

50cl on tap at himmelblau, Wien. Clear pale golden to yellow, with a tall, white head. Mild grainy flavours with light grassy and herbal notes. Quite decent classic German type pilsner. Moderate sweet with rather mild flavours and a fine bitterness. Fairly enjoyable.

Aroma is one of beer’s most complex features. Aroma is propelled by lively CO2 and dampened by pillowy heads - especially nitrogen foam. Click on a term below to add it to your tasting notes. Hops resin, floral, grass, spruce, citrus, herbs Good pils, not too skunky, a little note of hops

[2/1/16] Bottle at Yonatan’s place in Oakland. Clear golden. Grassy hops aroma with some grainy malt. Flavor has some sweetish grainy malt, and nice bitter grassy hops. Rather light-bodied. A decent Pils.

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2016 It is a classical pils clear yellow lager color, average carbonation. The foam is thin staying a few moment. Of course, the hop is present but I have to say that the taste is a bit metalic something is not well-balanced but it is not a bad beer, there is something with some herbs.
