On tap at Trve, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium roasted malt, a touch of hops, and subtle dry coffee. Flavour is dry, with medium roasted malt, oat-like heartiness and some light coffee. Dry and smooth on the palate. Very good. PhillyCraft (7909) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 25, 2016

Enjoyed on tap at Trve Brewery in Denver, CO as part of a sampler. Appearance is pitch black with a light tan head. Aroma has a nice dark roast coffee profile with a mix of cocoa. Taste is really good, nice and dry, not too sweet, somewhat sessionable stout. Very good stuff! DrunkSanta410 (972) - Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA - AUG 22, 2014
Tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with milk chocolate colored head. Aroma is a nice mix of black coffee and dark chocolate. Nice roasted notes as well. Taste is nice roasted malts, notes of dark chocolate, slightly bitter black coffee. Palate is a bit thin, but with this flavor I was looking for the body of an imperial stout. Still a very good stout and one of the best TRVE beers I’ve had. dalekliz (924) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 14, 2014
