Not bad. Darkish, aroma of coffee, taste more of the same. Some malt, some bitterness. A fairly run of the mill beer, although the name makes it sound very appetising. rosenbergh (11753) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 26, 2012

On cask at Cloisters with Rich. Pours a dark brown colour with a fair, light tan head. Aroma of roasty malt, toffee, treacle and caramel. Similar flavours with some chocolate to finish. Mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Nice. BeerCast_Rich (1906) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 19, 2011
[cask at Cloisters, Edinburgh courtesy of the Benj] Pours deep reddish brown, decent white head. Aromas of caramel and toffee, slightly smoky. First couple of sips are pure toffee - sweet, rich and caramelly. After a while the toffee edge fades into smoky, malty roasty stout - but it’s still good
