500ml bottle from Hippo Beers. Golden-orange amber colour with a lively frothy white foam head which leaves some lacing. Nose of apricot, melon, sweet candy, citrus. Flavour is malt caramel with zesty citrus, mellow fruits, mango, apricot, and some tangy bitterness. Medium bodied, fairly high carbonation, dry lingering tangy & earthy bitter finish. Quite drinkable. AshtonMcCobb (6615) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 20, 2016
On cask at the Bow Bar. The main part of the beer is a beautiful plum colour. There’s orange, red and brown all mingled. Unfortunately, nae heid, otherwise would’ve been a 5 for appearance. Must try to find it on cask. Plums on the nose and plums aplenty on the taste. Some boiled sweets and a light fizzy sweet on the back. Close to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Enjoyed this. Scottishchris (723) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 31, 2015

[ As Tryst High Voltage ].
Unclear medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, riped fruit, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Tasted this at the GRAF in the Briggait, Glasgow on 27th June 2014. Cask, handpump dispense. Clear amber in colour with a thin white head. Strong tropical fruit flavours wafting off this IPA in long intensity with mango, lychees and pomegranate to the fore. Gloopy, resinous mouthfeel and good lacing. Strong, mixed malt delivers a sweet fruitloaf base with juicy notes of grenadine, mango, red cherry and lychees in the heady tropical fruit mix. Strong hop resins impart a powerful fruity aftertaste which compliment the malt flavours really well. Strong malt again evident in the finish with syrupy sweet notes of rosehip, pomegranate and cherry present in the palate. This is a cracking IPA from Tryst and was very popular at the festival.
