Cask, gravity, Merton Winter Beer Festival Feb 2013 w/e of Friday 15th, Saturday 16th February 2013 Golden in appearance with a nice white bubbly head, a touch of chill haze initially when I first tried this. I found this a bit watery, weak and very undemanding in the flavour department, the hops struggled to shine and the beer just seemed to sit in that trying to appeal to everyone type slot that meant that it seemed like they hadn’t really tried hard enough. Lacked a crispness and came across as a weak lightly tropical glass of alcoholic squash. A6 A4 T5 P3 Ov11 2.9 imdownthepub (14961) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - FEB 17, 2013
Cask conditioned at Merton Winter Beer Fest ’13. Pale gold with white head. Pale gold with white head. Initially quite a sweetish fruity flavour, hints of pineapple and tropical fruit. Quite floral, perfumed notes. Not so much depth fro this one, but still a very decent beer.

[cask at the Hanging Bat, Edinburgh] Clear golden beer, decent white head. Lots of soft fruit flavours on the nose – peach, pear and melon. On the taste too, although there’s more citrus involved. Good balance of the different flavours, and a very nice dry finish. Gets quite sharp and limey in the end mr_h (5718) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - DEC 20, 2012
