Multiple 12oz bottles at Lao Shanghi - China Town Chicago. Pours a clear lighter yellow gold with small white fizzy head. Flavor is dry and grassy with a slight sweetness. Very crisp and drinkable, clean but definitely doesn’t hide its faults. Rosebud butternuts (2396) - Denton, Texas, USA - APR 16, 2011

2010 Walt Disney World vacation at Epcot Nine Dragons. Bottle to glass pour is golden yellow with a white soapy head. Scents of light grass and subtle malt. Taste is crisp bubbly water with some grassy malt and finishes dry and crisp. fata2683 (2176) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - JUL 24, 2011
bottle pours very light yellow with a thin white head that fades fast to nothing. Aroma is skunky with cat piss and sweet cereals. Flavor is sour and extremely thin. Thin ceareals and a sour finish of lingering cereals. Eh. RCL (2030) - Waltham, Massachusetts, USA - AUG 1, 2007
Not a bad pale lager. A bit skunky but quite light flavor. Grassy hops, not too much there.

Yellow, heavy carbonation. Some what skunky aroma with notes of grain. Flavor was nice and crisp, simple corn note though. Finish was subtle and dry. shp555 (2024) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - AUG 8, 2009

11.2oz bottle @ Walt Disney World vacation at Epcot Nine Dragons. Low expectation pale lager were met. Light colored watery yellow pour with head. Taste is wet grass, rye and malts. Similiar to the Tsingtao regular. Pwn3d (1962) - Manhattan, New York, USA - JAN 10, 2008
Interesting find here, thanks to JRedmond. Classified as a regular pale lager, unlike Tsingtao which is a "premium" lager. Because the calorie content is listed in the description, im guessing thats its selling point and its the equevelent of a Light beer. To be honest this was pretty solid. Given the chance, I would rather drink this. Not a whole lot going on, but its very smooth and refreshing. GreatLibations (1854) - Last Supper, Arizona, USA - APR 18, 2007
Pours pale golden w/ a meium sized, spritzy froth. Hang time is minimal and so is the residual lacing. Aroma of skunked malts. Light nectar w/ ample residual effers. It’s clean and crisp w/ no offensive flavors. Good balance. The finish is bittered nicely.
