Bottle: Pours clear with nice legs. The nose is bright with koji and a ripe apple/melon note. Has a moderate impact from the alcohol and a fresh and light minerally rice note up front. Finishes smooth and masculine with more acidity and alcohol. Strong beefy sake, similar to the G but a little smoother I think. Dry and fresh. Yum!
