Egentlig en ganske fin hvedeøl, dog med høj karbonering. Mørkegylden med luftigt hvidt skum. Smag af bl.a. banan og gær. En skam de tog den ud af produktin.

Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, banana and yeasty. Flavor is rather sweet. Soft and smooth. Sweet and light acidic finish. 050705

16.04.2005. 0,33l Bottle. Yellow colour with white head. Weak wheaty aroma. This beer is a little dissappointing, low on hops and flavours.

Blom (844) - Sorø, DENMARK - DEC 16, 2009
Hazy yellow with a frothy head. Typical wheat aromas: banana and bubblegum. The flavour is very sweet with a bit of acid and metallic bitternes at the end.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange to yellow with a creamy off-white head. Classic banana fruity wheat yeast ester aroma. Flavour is much the same with a light sweetness, mild spiced and a bit more malty than the Carls hvede. Ends with a mild fruity and citric finish.

Aarhus, DK. Bottled / On tap. Easy drinkable weizen. High carboantion and aroma/flavor for the style

Bottle, 4.6%. 9 months past BB date. Weak spicy and citric aroma. Hazy golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is quite wheaty, turning citric and ending with a little spice. Quite close to a decent German Hefeweizen, though perhaps a little less flavourful.

Light golden, hazy with a nice, white head. the aroma reminds me of a German weiss. The mouthfeel is round and smooth. The flavour initially gives me a lot of promises with hints of wheat, coriander and yeast - but then even before it really started - PUF - it’s all gone again. I’m left behind, disappointed and with a watery flavour with a little hoppy bitterness....

[Sampled in 2004.] Not that bad for a Tuborg, but indeed I would get surprised finding a german sampling thisone.

Bottle.33cl. Hazy pale yellow colour, with medium white head, but doesn’t really taste of anything.
