COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: sold in the US as Tuborg Premium Lager.

English: Tuborg Guld has always been attractive to lovely girls. As an example can it be said that at Gold-Girl was united with the marketing of Guld Tuborg already in the sixties. A beer with a sharp edge, which is characterized by its golden colour and its powerful taste. Cheers!

A step up from regular Tuborg. I kinda like this one... maybe it was just a good beer after a bad day of brews.

Dalle (1145) - Skørping, DENMARK - SEP 23, 2004
Golden colour with a nice head. Sweet, vanilla, lightly herbal-bitter and dry. Medium body and ok mouthfeel...... Perhaps it’s because I had this after Jantjes Udens Bock but it was nice enough for a macro-lager.

Pale golden body lacks any glow. It’s rather dull, actually, but the head, although small, does have a nice soupy appearance. The aroma is oddly minty with a little rice or corn (I can’t tell under that other aroma.) The flavor is pretty unpleasant. It’s not so much bland and not good. I don’t usually pour a beer out, but this one was a drainpour.

Jedsbrew (465) - Rhineland, Missouri, USA - SEP 22, 2004
Typical pale lager appearence with a herbal note in the aroma. Light bodied, clean and malty with a neutral finish. Just so-so and loses points for being pricy. Give me a Pabst!

Yet another lager from Carlsberg Brewery that’s not bad, but isn’t really good. It’s a bit bland, kind of bitter, but easy to drink and refreshing,

can by the river in interlaken, switzerland: this is typical european lager with a slight malt tang and sweetness to make it drinkable. best when ice cold and sitting in the sun.

Light Gold, fine carbonation with a big tight white head. Grassy hop aroma with sweet malt undertones. Pleasent enough lager, but bland.

Gusler (2653) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - AUG 27, 2004
The after its disinterment pours a crystalline gold color with a purposeful size white and frothy head, as it erodes the lace forms a thin sheet to coat the glass. Nose is malt, lightly sweet, fresh and pleasing to the senses, start has a nice malt presence and is somewhat sweet, the top light in feel to the palate. Finish is light in acidity and the hops peaceful in their spiciness, dry and sweet aftertaste, drinkable and good when you are hot and thirsty.

skortila (5966) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - AUG 27, 2004
(Canned) Aroma of hops and grain. Clear, golden-yellow coloured with a white rocky and lasting head. Taste is grainy and grassy. Hoppy. Lacking bitterness. Luckily not too sweet, quite fresh. Okay for an import lager.

Actually a re-rate, but it turns out I rated the wrong beer first time around. 500 ml can. Golden yellow colour with a thick creamy white head. Grassy and floral aroma. Toasted malt flavour with a moderately sweet, lightly bitter finish. Medium bodied and smooth.
