COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Slight liquorice, malt and dark fruits. Not too shabby for a macro christmas beer... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Malt, toasty, caramel, herbal and a bit nut aroma. Clear light brown liquid, fine white short lasting head. Medium sweetness, light bitter finish. Average carbonation, medium body.

Restricted foam. An aroma of caramel and light hop. The flavor is moderately malty with caramel malt and a good, pleasant and comfortable hop bitterness. Otherwise, there are no other special feature of this Christmas beer, which in my opinion is not at all a hit during the Christmas season.

ShivanDragon (4086) - Leeuwarden, NETHERLANDS - AUG 22, 2015

Pours a clear yellow golden color, topped with an avergae white foamy head. Malty aroma, some grains and grassy notes. Taste is similar. Sweet and grainy, a bit watery and with a minimal bitterness in the finish. Nothing bad, but pretty average. Drinkable lager.

330ml can (@Tallink Star). Clear dark amber color. Small size, beige head, stays. Sweet, cake, caramel, malty notes in aroma. Thin cocoa powder, very faint chocolate, malty, flourish, hop extract in taste. Fizzy carbonation. Woody, burnt malts in aftertaste. Crazy beer. Nicely flavored beer (I don’t want to know the chemicals they used). I can drink that.

DraftDodger (1454) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 15, 2015
Copenhagen 1/1 2015. 33 cl from my mother in law. Pours clear amber with white head. Quickly evaporating. Slight malty aroma with a little saltiness. Medium carbonation. Taste is lightly sweet with a touch of caramel. Not particulary interesting but probably the best known Danish Christmas beer.

Moolesen (536) - NETHERLANDS - JAN 22, 2015
Bottle 33cl. Brown with a small offwhite head. Weak nose, but with hints of malt and a tiny bit of liquorice. Nice, easy to drink beer, which complements the nose. Not rich and complex but good though, and I like the slight bitter finish.

Do me feel a little berries in both taste and smell. But not much. Otherwise lightly malty only. Weak bitterness in the aftertaste that fills the upper part of the mouth to a weak moment. Okay but not more. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Miedziane z białą średnio trwałą pianą. Aromaty lekko chmielowe. W smaku Karmel, słód, rodzynki. Goryczki brak.
