Taste: bold, strong alcohol kick with a malty and hop presence. Complex fermented grains with a hint of sweet malt in the nose. Dark amber and semi opaque with a amber head with tight bubbles and carbonation. Full body with some kick.

Aroma: crunchy bread skin, caramel, roasted, red fruits. Appearance: brown color and beige head. Taste: low bitterness, roasted caramel and roasted malts, red fruits, melanoidins, semi-dry. Palate: medium body and medium carbonation, roasted finish. Overall: Nice doppelbock, quite drinkable.

Clear dark amber, good two finger frothy tan head, half-way lasting, light lacing; aroma roasted malts, dark fruits, caramel, brown sugar, light cocoa, light licorice; mild taste, light heavy sweet, slightly bitter, toasted, toffee, light milk chocolate, with long duration, sweetbitter finish; medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation; well-balanced, pleasant and easy to drink.

APARIENCIA: De color rubí profundo, cristalina con moderada baja actividad de carbonatación, espuma color marfil de poca retención, con burbujas compactas y algunas abiertas. AROMA: notas a caramelo, azucares quemadas, maltas tostadas, notas discretas de chocolate y frutos oscuros maduros. SABOR: Enseguida las notas caramelo, azúcares quemadas, melaza, las maltas tostadas, notas a chocolate y algunos frutos oscuros maduros; el retrogusto con amargor muy bajo, maderoso, seco y nada astringente. SENSACIÓN:Cuerpo medio, cremosa en boca, ligera actividad de carbonatación. RESUMEN: Excelente doppelbock con algunas notas interesante y complejas.

Vermelha escura, límpida. Espuma abundante de média duração. Aroma adocicado de caramelo e chocolate. Sabor adocicado, levemente ácido, com notas de caramelo, ameixas, chocolate, tostado, alcaçuz e um leve defumado. Retrogosto adocicado, com um toque de refrigerante de cola ao final. Complexa e saborosa.

BB 19.06.2016. almost black color, medium big tan head. smells malty sweet, some fruits, plums, some spices, some nuts, caramel, light licorice, marzipan, light berry notes. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes quite sweet, some dark fruits, plums, light raisins, nuts, marzipan. finishes rather heavy and lightly sweet with nuts and dark fruits. too heavy for me, not a big fan.
