Bottle. Orange yellow with a touch of gold. Fantastic head that stays forever. Aroma and taste of bananas, clove and citrus fruits. Oranges. Fruity, yeasty and slightly spicy. Aftertaste is sour and shows some very well hidden hoppiness. Medium carbonation. A rather light Hefeweizen. Solid but nothing special.

A bottle from the Strasbourg-themed ’Marche de Noel’ by 101, drunk at home. Aroma: bready and fruity, apples. Appearance: hazy orange amber, 2-3 mm. of pillowy white froth. Palate: medium-bodied, oily textured, flat carbonation. Leaves a good taste in the mouth. Taste: predominantly sweet, appley, but not in a cide-like way. I like it.

Typical Bavarian weissbier. Stong aroma of banana, bubblegum and clove and the taste includes all of these flavours in abundance. Nice cloudy orange / yellow colour with large frothy head. Slighty thin flavour going down compared to the other top weissbiers out there but nice all the same.

500 ml bottle. Firstly hazy bright honey yellow colour. After I had poured the rest of the brew into a weizen glass, the colour became completely cloudy. It was a pleasure to watch the yeast sedement dissolving gently while pouring. Four finger thick creamy white head. Everlasting. Massive spritzy, vortex-like carbonation. So intense! Wow! I literary stopped pouring the beer just to gaze at that chaotic bubble dance comming up from the bottom of the glass. Aroma: subtle hops, lots of wheat, clove, banana (not much), spicy yeast. Flavour is white bread, flour, banana, fruity spiciness, geniune apples sourness, malts. Creamy texture. Classic & solid. Strongly recommended.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a slightly murky orange yellow color with a large white head. The aroma is wheat, spice and citrus. The taste is mildly citrus with a very nice wheat flavor.

Fules (1105) - Gyöngyös, HUNGARY - OCT 30, 2016
Monumentális, örökké tartó hófehér hab, szűretlen, barnás-narancsos szín. Illata tipikus búzasörös, gabonás, citrusos, banános. Búzás-gabonás ízek, banános, korianderes aromával, enyhe citrusos beütéssel. Közepes test, lágy, de erős szénsavasság, enyhe keserű. Kellemes, frissítő búzasör.
