Ungstrup (37552) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 11, 2009
Bottled. A pale golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and dust. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw as wel as light notes of cardboard. A bit boring.

oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - MAY 17, 2007
Bottled. Golden colour, big foamy white head. Aroma is citrus, wheat and some malts and banana. Flavour is wheat, citrus, some banana and butteryness. A quite pleasantly mixed brew, and very nice for being a kristallweizen.

omhper (25093) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 10, 2008
Bottled. Clear pale golden creamy head. Restrained cardboard aroma. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied with spritzy but bold mouthfeel. Slightly phenolic. Lacking in character.

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 26, 2005
(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pale golden with a nice creamy and rather stable head. Nice hoppy nose. Slightly watery, dry and not very bitter. A pleasure. 300599

Oakes (17642) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 11, 2003
Clear golden - ugh. Banana, hint of spice on the nose. Light, slightly watery body. Background phenols, but this is a typically bland kristalweizen. No yeast - why bother?

TBone (17520) - Pori, FINLAND - MAY 17, 2007
Bottled, alc. 5.1 % (BB 02/2008)
Pale yellow color, big cloudy white head. Leather, bubblegum and banana in the nose. Slightly acidic, banana fruity but dry hefeweizen. Quite thin mouthfeel. Lemony and refreshing but lacks depth, but of course it is more because of style than beer itself. As a kristallweizen this is good.

jtclockwork (16561) - , New Jersey, USA - OCT 9, 2012
Bottle thanks to MarkWise. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose/taste of banana, bubblegum, herbal mint, light wheat malt and clove. Finishes clove/slight herbal spice wheat malt. Lighter to medium body.

brokensail (16444) - Dublin, California, USA - APR 13, 2011
A: The pour is a clear pale golden straw color with a moderate amount of white foam. S: Intensely sweet nose. It mostly smells like banana candy (banana flavored runts seem to be a good comparison). Minimal wheat and bread and almost no spice notes at all. T: Surprisingly, the flavor is much, much better. Nice banana and clove esters with a moderate sweetness of wheat and bread. There is a little bit of clove in there, but still restrained compared to other beers of the style. M: Medium in body with a moderate carbonation. O: Nice wheat beer here. The nose was a little off-putting, but a nice flavor.
