COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tucher Pilsener is brewed according to the old rules of the Franconian brewing with the utmost care. Apart from best ingredients like "Pilsener" barley malt, the famous Hallertau aroma hops "Tradition", and soft brewing water from our own wells is a very important factor. During fermentation and storage of sud will not move and can mature peacefully.

Bottle shared with my husband MichaelBruch. Nice, solid, but very boring Pilsener. Nothing special. Quite refreshing, flavours of mild citrusfruits.

Es riecht Hopfig malzig. Erscheinung ist sehr hell. Schmeckt ein wenig wässrig. Nachgeschmack laf und bitter.

Bottle. Yellow with a frothy head. The aroma is dominated by grassy and lemony hops, same goes for the flavour. The malt base is shy yet present, there are hints of sweetness though this beer is obviously rather dry, finishing with a strong, noble bitterness. Very good, crisp German pils.

500mL bottle, thanks to Ruth: Pours a clear, light yellow with a small white head. Light Co2 release. Floral and grassy hops. Slightly sweet and salty. Perfectly smooth, not bitter at all. One of the smoothest beers I have had. Appears to be a good example of central German Pils.

This Pilsener is refreshing, dry and crisp. It pours a nice yellow tone with high carbonation. Head is high with good retention. I enjoyed this in a hot day, so I find it very proper for thirst quencher. Nice beer, not the greatest but I can drink two or three easily.

10,8,9,8,10,8 8,45 1/5/12
