500ml glass at Tucher am Opernhaus, Nürnberg. This is a lesson in the art of dunkel brewing. Dark chocolate brown in colour, with a firm and creamy head. Rich and full-flavoured. Smooth, with a strong bitterness at the finish. A delicious beer.

Recomendada.

Bottle, thanks Nightfall! A little smoke, some nuts, some dark dried fruit. A bit grainy, too. Well balanced, old fashioned, perhaps, but relievingly different.

Very nice, a little similar to the Bajuvator one but exquisit. It is very sweet and sour. Nice colour and great foam.

Bottle. Clear amber-brown with a big frothy tan head. Rather weak aroma of toast, bread, caramel, hints of roastiness. Not bad, but kind of one-dimensional.

Brown colour, medium, lasting head. Slight notes of roasted caramel, not too sweet, well balanced overall. Smooth end.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber to brown with a fully gone head. Light toasted to breadish malt aroma. Sweet caramel malty flavour with a nice breadish note. Roasted and slight fruity too. Lasting breadish impression into the finish alongside a nice level of bitterness. Nice one.

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass very dark, almost black, nice head. Starts soft-malty, notes of chocolate, more dry than sweet. Well balanced finish, notes of dried fruits. Good beer!
