3.3
DerWeg (1704) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 19, 2006
At Hotel Gasthof Sonne, neuendettelsau. Roasty matls and transparent brown, mainly bittering hops taste like 90% of stuff I drink here. Good.

MiP (15972) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JAN 15, 2007
Bottle, 5.4%. Clear brown colour, small white head. Quite malty aroma. The flavour is also malty with some earthy malt notes. Nice breadiness. Good, like watered-down Bajuvator.

goozen (4143) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - JUL 8, 2009
Tap at a bar in Kinding, Germany: Dark brown Bavarian Dunkel with a fine roasty taste and hints of chocolate.

Sdaniel90 (1096) - Mexico City, MEXICO - FEB 20, 2010
Bottle, 500ml. Pours a dark brown colour with a nice light brown head and great lacing. The aroma brings up dark malt notes and some caramel. Tastes of roasted malt, caramel, some light hoppiness and just a hint of coffee. Great beer.

3.3
judasbeer (431) - Budapest, HUNGARY - APR 25, 2010
Appearance: Deep chestnut tinted-body with a porous beige head on the top.
Aroma: Moderate lagery yeast sourness with a touch of earthy feel and some faint burnt sugar.
Flavor: Mildly sweet toffes, oily, nutty, toasty malts followed by a smooth, slighlty sour, yeasty notes and framed with soft and spicy hops.
Mouthfeel/Palate: Pleasantly easy but enough mouth-filling body with saturated carbonation and a good caramel malty-flavor-profile.
Overall: A very clean and pure bavarian dunkel. Not too unique, but tasy one.

3.3
ElDesmadre (3630) - Mikołów, POLAND - JUN 23, 2012
Bottle. Brown with a medium head. Aroma is full of caramel and bready malts, with some hints of roast and licorice. Light to medium body, not chewy but also not dry. Light bitter with some licorice in the aftertaste. Very well executed dunkel.

3.3

Bottle at Checker’s Old Munchen in Pompano Beach, FL. Lager glass. Dark amber pour with creamy white head. Modest lacing. Aroma of caramel, malts, and earth. The taste was thick like caramel, malty, some light bitter hops, and an earthy leather finish. Smooth mouth. Good beer with sauerkraut, pork stroganoff and spaetzle.

Bamsen78 (5561) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAY 13, 2017
Bottle. Pours clear copper brown with airy but stable beige head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with notes of yeast and mild touches of hops. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and yeast. Notes of hops and touches of cake. Bitterish and estery aftertaste with acidic hints. Reasonable for the style.

3.3
Beese (3209) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 4, 2017
Keg at Behringer's Bratwurstglöcklein, Nuremberg. Clear, deep amber beer. Lots of sweet, malty character.
