Chris_o’s GBBF Shindig 08. Soft and stouty and infected. Tunnel have a serious problem with their bottling. Every Tunnel beer at the tasting was bad. If these were served in a pub they’d be taken back. Default score - but should really be marked down. MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 6, 2008

Almost black with a diminishing tan head. Reasonably tasty stuff, nicely roasted, plenty of coffee and chocolate.Fruity finish with slight bitterness. Typical Tunnel strangeness. Ok, not amazing.
Bottled. Deep brown colour, small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, mild wood, some sourness as well as dark dry fruityness. Flavour is petty much the same along with some caramel and sour coffee notes. KimJohansen (10492) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - AUG 3, 2008

Pitch pour with a short-lived yellowish collar. Ash and chewy dark fruit on the nose. Sourish and charred. Smoke and blackcurrant. Creamy, roasty but oddly acetic stout. leaparsons (10546) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 16, 2007
Bottle. Very dark brown with a beige foam. Aromas are light roast coffee with smoky notes. Some caramel with blackcurrant sourness. Flavours are smooth light roast coffee with milk chocolate. Some citrus and berry fruitiness with smoky and metallic notes on the finish. Very nice. johndoughty (5449) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAY 27, 2007

Ear BF 06. A slightly acidic stout, with some decent roastyness and slight smokeynes in the finish. Not bad, but perhaps a bit thin. Flavours seems to last a while however.
Very dark brown, no head. Slight cocoa and ash aroma. Very sweet malty taste with chocolate powder and a little bitterness. Mildish stout. Not a lot of impact.
