Bottle enjoyed at home
Pours dark, black in glass, big fat creamy brown head. Smell of cocoa, dark malts, hints of espresso coffee, some liquorice, quite inviting. Heavy sweet, alot of the nice dark malts, espresso, chocolate, liquorice. Just exquisite! Very oily, dark sinful, medium bitter, earhy tail.

Oily black with a medium brown head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, red and dried fruits, floral and earthy notes. Taste is chocolate, coffee, caramel, honey, red fruits (raspberry, strawberry...). Bittersweet aftsrtaste. Pretty smooth for a 10.5 ABV. It would be better if wasn’t so very sweet for my taste. Still an excellent beer!

33cl bottle, courtesy of Tderoeck @ Sebletitje’s Farewell Tasting.
