Amber golden color..nice pop from bottle..massive head..good lively noise action as well going on..aroma is floral hops..grassy undertones..light bodied with a fuller mouthfeel that lingers with hoppy goodness..taste has good mix of juicy citrus along with the floral aromatics..bit of honey as well in the mix..quite tasty apa...nice beer.. Pours a hazy dark gold with a MASSIVE head after gushing and losing close to half the bottle. Aromas are citrus hops, then some cheese like notes and a big dose of soap. Flavors citrus, then smooth caramel, cardboard, soap over a foundation that is equal parts grass and pepper. The palate is very carbonated and almost gives the feeling of heat as the carbonation hits the tongue and agitates; it falls for the massive loss of beer due to gushing and the huge head. Overall, this is still a pretty solid beer, if I didn’t have the gushing and strange pepper and heat notes this would be stellar. altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - APR 7, 2013

On draft at rustico in arlington. Pours a medium gold with an off white head. Hoppy aroma. Quite bitter crisp aftertaste. bigguns22 (798) - Maryland, USA - DEC 28, 2012
Pour is amber and hazy like honey. Large tight bubble head that is off white to cream in color. Aroma is lite but very hop forward. When you take a drink the first thing you will note is the texture witch is very dry and fizzy/carbonated then you get hit with hops and they stay on the palate like pepper. I love hops but if you do not this is the wrong beer for you.

Pours amber/brown in color with thin, quickly dissipating, white head. Aroma is caramel and slightly resinous hops. Tastes is malty, sweet caramel and mild pine up front, slightly bitter on the back end. Overall, its a decent beer, but nothing worth going out of your way for. 12 oz bottle. Cloudy brown with a big billowy white head; sheets of lace. Nose is lemon custard, grain and mild orange peel. Medium body with a buzz, gets creamy as it warms. Taste is lemon-lime, banana, earthy-metallic bitterness, dry citrus pith and toast. More robust than it would seem initially with a refreshing rustic quality. beernovice39 (3270) - Idaho, USA - JUL 8, 2012

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy pale golden color with a two finger white head that has good retention. Big aroma of strong floral and citrus hops. The flavor starts off with some nice floral hoppy bitterness that lasts throught. The hops assert themselves with some nice citrus qualities while letting the smooth and creamy malt flavors creep in, in the middle. The finish is dry with a floral, clean hop flavor. Medium body and light carbonation.
