Amber in color with a good sized off-white head. Aroma is of light bubble gum, citrus, grass, and a hint of styrofoam. Taste is of spicy hops, leaves, grass, and grapefruit. BelgianBeerGal (4085) - Panama City, Florida, USA - NOV 2, 2011
12oz bottle fresh from the brewery. Nice looking pour: cloudy dark brown with a small khaki head and nice lacing. Aroma is kinda light: more malt than hop. Flavor is more of the same: malt and then some light bitterness at the finish. Fine overall. petexner (935) - CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 27, 2011

Hazy amber/orange color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of woody/floral hops, citrus, & caramel malt; Flavor of slight sweet malt, caramel, pine hops, and citrus; Finish is slightly bitter; Nicely balanced; Overall, very nice APA. mixmasterob (1057) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JUL 25, 2011
Bought a case of this stuff for ~15 bucks. It’s lasted forever. Poured a rich golden red with a nice pillowy white head. Nice lace, clearly bottle conditioned. Aroma was sweet caramel and some grassy earthy hops. Flavors were just the same, some caramel with a nice hop presence that brought a nice bitterness to the table. Smooth and very drinkable. Well done on all accounts. Carbonation was average. Good stuff...

Whole Foods Market, DC 4-pack ($11): Pours a copper color without too much in the way of head, although there is some lacing to be found. Aroma includes some pale malts and a moderate amount of hops; however, upon tasting the actual beer, it seems like there are a whole hock more hops than the aroma let known (this is presumably a good thing). The front is lighter than the back of the beer and the hops intensity grows up into the end and leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste. At the finish there is a note of something that reminds me of roasted malts. There is also a sweet note to be found at one point. This is a top-tier APA and should be respected as such. beerbill (3619) - Laurel, New York, USA - JUL 5, 2011
12 oz. bottle. Pours a very murky, almost muddy amber with a very large linen white head that lasted until mid-glass and left partial lace. With such a huge head, it is difficult to pick up much aroma. There is a bit of malt and some biscuit and perhaps just a bit of citrus, but most of it is indistinguishable. The flavor is weak malt with a again some biscuit followed by some mostly flavorless hops bitterness. I just bought this bottle two days ago, but this is either a poor example of an IPA or an outdated bottle. Since there is no date on the bottle to determine its age, and it is not coated with a layer of dust nor is there any gross sediment, I don’t know what to think other than to say with all of the IPA’s out there, I certainly would not look to try this one again anytime soon. scottw86 (1177) - Maryland, USA - JUN 25, 2011
Poured a hazy orange color with a thin off-white head. Very hoppy citrus aroma with lemon and some butterscotch. Taste is also very hoppy with some grass and hay. Lots of grapefruit as well. Finish has some interesting caramel flavors with more citrus and hops. Overall pretty flavorful, and well balanced. I don’t know if I like the combination of flavors as much, but it is quite drinkable. Travlr (25205) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAY 23, 2011
Bottle. Bright golden color, white head. Aroma of freshly mown grass. Taste has lemon lime, straw, grapefruit. Nice. JediMindTricks (446) - Remington, Virginia, USA - MAY 7, 2011
Bottle. Nice hop aroma. Flavor has some complexity with some malt and citrus, maybe grapefruit, upfront and some bittering hops in the finish.
