This was a go to for a time. I bought up a couple of cases when they stopped production a couple of years ago. Haven’t hap it since production started up again but I remember this being a nice hoppy beer. Very drinkable and enjoyable. Fratto (2845) - Arlington, Texas, USA - APR 29, 2012
Bottle from Cavie. Light, hazy pour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, light citrus, and maybe some minty smells. Taste is light fruit, spicy, grain, and a little twang in the finish. strongpieman (1651) - Mount Airy, Maryland, USA - MAR 17, 2012
Bottle. Pale golden, slightly cloudy. Aroma is a little musty. Finish starts slow, becomes bitter then coats the mouth. Overall this pretty good, but not my choice of style. madvike (3260) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 15, 2012
Bottle from brewolf...thanks Michael! - Pours a beautiful cloudy light amber, with a big fluffy, foamy white head that forms some mountainous peaks. Sweet bread malt, light and honeyed, with minimal floral/herbal hopping. Smells inviting, though I expected a little more hoppiness. The hops present themselves a bit more in the taste, finishing with a bitter, grassy twinge. The sweetness is still front and center--more than I’d like in a pils--but it’s not overbearing and the whole thing is refreshing. There are some buttery toffee flavors in there as well that are a bit unexpected. Pretty big body for the style with some big, fluffy carbonatoin. All in all a tasty, refreshing beer, but I’d like to see the sweetness dialed back a bit. drowland (8676) - Georgia, USA - JAN 16, 2012
1/15/11. 12oz bottle. Slightly unclear golden pour with a small off-white head that fades and laces in chunky spots. Biting aroma of pilsner malt, lemon peel, and grassy hops. Nice malty, pilsner flavor with touches of apple, lemon peel, and lingering bitterness. Nice!

Trade from drowland - thanks! Murky light orange, soft white head, but of lacing. Some cake mix and yeast in the aroma. Flavor has a nice Saaz induced hoppy bite, a bit of honey sweetness, some yeastiness, finishes with some cereal-like graininess. Mouthfeel has a bit of creaminess to it. Not bad at all. 12oz bottle fresh from the brewery. Wow, I had no idea this was rated so high as a pils (#3 at the time). I honestly had hoped it was a landbier; no worries though because this rocked. Huge flavor for the style with some lingering bitterness. This is not a timid, watery offering. well done. BlackWarrior (203) - Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA - NOV 2, 2011
Pours cloudy, golden w/ rocky white head and nice lacing. Aroma is sweet, tropical fruit (pineapple), yogurt, dough and flowers. Avg carbonation, crisp/med body. Some nice malts giving it a biscuity backbone w/ light, fruity sweetness. Hops balance nicely & dry the finish, bringing in some herbal and spice notes. Very good pilsner, plenty of complexity. Not really a thirst-quencher, but very satisfying. Atom (2451) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 4, 2011
Big thanks to GT2 for this one. 12oz bottle pours hazy golden/orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is very malty, slight hops, caramel, bready yeast, and fig. Nice full rounded pilsener flavor, flavors of yeast, hops, with a slight spice. Nice Pils! rayl101 (163) - Brownstown, Michigan, USA - SEP 27, 2011
Pours cloudy yellow in my tumbler with a creamy white head that leaves thick lacing. Aroma is bready malt, with a slight yeasty character. Body is thin, and a little lifeless. Flavor is much the same. Slight bready malt, with a yeasty bite. almost reminds me of a hefeweizen.
